TUESDAY, AUGUST 11, 2026 WOODLAND TOWN HALL 7:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M.

Hall is Handicap Accessible

A public test of the ES&S DS300 and ES&S Express Vote 3 Voting Equipment will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 1 P.M. at the Woodland Town Hall S548 County Road G Wonewoc, WI 53958

This test is required per Wisconsin Statutes, Chapter 5, Section 5.84 and is open to the general public.

VOTING BY ABSENTEE BALLOT PARTISAN PRIMARY ELECTION

TYPE E NOTICE

TUESDAY August 11, 2026

Any qualified elector who is unable or unwilling to appear at the polling place on Election Day

may submit a request to vote an absentee bailot to their municipal clerk. A qualified eiector is any U.S. citizen who

* Will be 18 years of age or older on Election Day.

* Has resided in the ward or municipality where they wish to vote for at least 28 consecutive days before the election.

The elector must also be registered to vote to receive an absentee ballot. Proof of identification must be provided before an absentee baliot may be issued*.

Making application to receive an absentee ballot by_ mail

Contact your municipal clerk and request that an application for an absentee bailot be sent to you for the primary or election or both. You may make a written application to your municipai clerk for an absentee ballot by mail, by fax, by email or at https://mvvote.wi.gov.en-us/. Or you may apply in person at the clerk's office only during the In-Person Absentee Voting period listed below. Check your municipai clerk for dates and times.

Your written request must include:

  1. Your voting address within the municipality where you wish to vote
  2. The address where the absentee ballot should be sent, if different from the address
  3. Your signature
  4. A copy of your photo identification*

The deadline for making application to receive an absentee ballot by maii is:

5:00 PM on the fifth day before the election Thursday August S, 202S

Voters who are indefinitely confined due to age, illness, infirmity, or disability may not be required to provide photo ID. if this applies to you, contact the municipal clerk regarding deadlines for requesting and submitting an absentee ballot.

*** Special absentee voting application provisions apply to eiectors who are indefinitely confined, in the mifitary, hospitalized, or serving as a sequestered juror. If this appiies to you, contact the municipai clerk regarding deadlines for requesting and submitting an absentee ballot.

You may also request and vote an absentee ballot in the clerk's office or other specified location. Check vour municipalitv for dates and hours for casting an in person absentee ballot at voutmunicioality or call your municipalitv to make an apoointment.

No in-person absentee voting may occur on August 10th, 2026 the day before the egection

The municipai clerk deliver voted batlcts returned on or before Election Day tc the proper poiiing place or counting iocation before the poiis close on August 11, 2026 at 2:0Cprn. Any ballots received after the polls close will not be counted.
