PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Town of Woodland Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on July 14, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Woodland Town Hall at S548 County Rd G, Wonewoc, WI 53968 to consider an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan. Following, the Town Board will consider enacting an ordinance to amend the plan.

The Town of Woodland adopted a Comprehensive Plan under the authority of and procedures established by Section 66.1001 of the Wisconsin Statutes in 2008 and adopted an amendment to the plan in January of 2025. The Town of Woodland Town Board ordinance acknowledges an adoption of an amendment of the comprehensive plan to update the Town Future Land Use Map to expand the Rural Agricultural
Conservation area around the hamlet of Valton and Dutch Hollow.

Testimony of persons to appear at the public hearing; any person so desiring will be given a reasonable opportunity to express their opinions and/or request further information on the matter before the Comprehensive Plan Committee.
